LARGE PARTIES (10 people & over):
Just a reminder to all residents, bulk pick-up happens weekly on Friday mornings. All residents are asked to not put out your bulk trash until Thursday evenings after 6pm. Anyone caught putting out bulk trash at any other time will be subject to fines.
5 new pet stations have been added throughout the community for a total of 6. These pet stations are stocked with bags for all residents to use at their convenience.
Please be aware that we have had some issues with the recycling bins. It is important to break down all boxes and make sure that all recyclables are placed INSIDE the bins. All trash needs to be placed inside the dumpster and only recyclable materials should be in the blue recycling bins. Failure to comply will result in fines from the city of Sunrise.
